Dairy Cleaning and Sanitation Short Course

Principles of microbiology applied to cleaning, cleaning chemistry, good manufacturing practices, clean in place procedures, and HACCP principles will be explained in a simple manner. The course is taught in English, however most of the instructors also speak Spanish and will provide translation of key concepts if needed. Besides technical information, the course is designed to improve communication in dairy plants in cleaning and sanitation practices. All instructors have academic and industrial experience.
